The Mealwheel® and Physical Activity

The illustrations below show how you can adjust your Mealwheel® according to a person's level of physical activity. By doing this, the Mealwheel® can highlight that a person eating a diet high in carbohydrate should consider the level of physical activity they are undertaking.
